WANTED Yamaha TZ 250 gearbox
I need parts to fully rebuild the gearbox on my 1999 Yamaha TZ250 4TW4 that has broken.
I would consider a complete gearbox at the right price or 2 shafts, all gears (except 1st and 6th), selector forks (3).
I am looking for good used but new parts will be a bonus.

Looking for Rotax 257 engine, preferably the power valve model. Any condition considered, doesn't need to be running, and don't necessarily need any clutch or gearbox parts. Mainly after both crankcase halves, crank assembly, barrel, ( powervalve ) and head for project .

Looking for any tuning or upgrade parts for an older Yamaha 250 V-twin (YL version).
I understand that the older motors can be modded up to recover the power of the newer models.
Also, need spares kit as this is a new venture. I'm on a budget, but reasonable prices will be paid.
Need cylinders, heads, carbs, ignition etc.
Might also consider buying a later complete V-twin if the price is irresistible!

I need at least one Rotax 256 water pump impeller for the engine I blew at VIR.  I also need a manifold, tandem gear cover, transmission gears, shift forks and drum (I have shafts and clutch parts.) to complete my other engine.  I've got lots of cylinders, etc. if someone wants to work a trade but would prefer paying cash for these parts.

I am changing a Rotax 256 gearbox. I need all the gears and shafts only. I do not need the clutch or the selector drum but the selector forks may be needed. A blown up 256 or someone going to a japanese engine may be the best bet. Can you scout around and let me know what the chances are of getting the parts I need.
